These terms govern access to the Web Core Oracle website and purchases made through it. Read the product listing and any project proposal before proceeding.

In these terms, “Web Core Oracle,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of webcoreoracle.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Website information
We aim to keep website content accurate and current, but service descriptions, examples, availability, and package prices are general information. An enquiry, estimate, or published package does not by itself create a project commitment.
Website projects
Before work begins, the parties should confirm the project scope in writing, including the services, deliverables, fees, schedule, payment milestones, revision process, and any third-party costs. Changes to the agreed scope may affect the fee and schedule and should be approved in writing before the additional work proceeds.
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, reviewing work, giving approvals on time, and ensuring that materials you supply may lawfully be used for the project. You remain responsible for the security of accounts and credentials under your control. Domain, hosting, software, stock media, payment processing, and other third-party charges are included only when the written project agreement says so.
Ownership, source files, licences, portfolio use, and any continuing support or maintenance are governed by the applicable written project agreement. No transfer or licence of intellectual-property rights is implied beyond what that agreement expressly provides.
Digital products
Read each listing, requirements, compatibility information, and applicable licence before purchasing. Product features, supported versions, updates, documentation, and support vary by item. A purchase gives you only the rights stated in the applicable product licence; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, theme, plugin, or other material.
After the payment provider confirms payment, we send the download link to the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering an address you can access. Links may be reusable; keep them private and do not forward or publish them. Contact us if the delivery email does not arrive or a link does not work.
Product prices are shown on the relevant listing. The current catalog uses a USD base price, and the site may display a converted estimate in a selected currency. The amount and currency presented by the payment provider immediately before payment are the amounts submitted for authorization. Exchange rates and third-party provider charges may change.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payments are processed by the provider identified at checkout. Its checkout terms and privacy notice apply to the payment transaction. We receive the order information needed to verify payment and deliver the product.
To ask about cancelling an order or requesting a refund, email webcoreoracle@gmail.com with your order details. Requests are handled under any terms disclosed for that purchase and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes a cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
You may not use this website to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious, misleading, or unlawful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or our rights.
