Privacy notice.
This notice explains what information Web Core Oracle receives through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This notice applies to information collected through webcoreoracle.com and related enquiries submitted through this website. It does not replace notices provided by payment, hosting, email, or other third-party services.
Information we receive
When you submit a project brief or contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, project requirements, budget range, timing, website links, references, and message content.
When you purchase a digital product, the payment provider processes your payment details. We receive information needed to confirm and support the order, which may include your checkout email, product, selected currency, transaction reference, and payment status. We do not ask you to send card numbers or security codes to us.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website, such as request and device information. The site stores your currency choice in your browser so it can be remembered on your next visit.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, assess and manage project requests, process and confirm product orders, email download links, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain site security, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not use project brief details to send marketing newsletters. If that practice changes, we will provide an appropriate notice and choice where required.
Service providers and disclosure
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to service providers that help operate the site and fulfil your request. Depending on what you do, these providers may include the website host, Resend for email delivery, Stripe, Paystack or Flutterwave for payment processing, and ExchangeRate-API for currency conversion. Their own privacy terms apply to information they process.
Information may be processed or stored in a country different from yours and may be subject to that country’s laws. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, the site, or our legal rights.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide purchased products, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We then delete it or take reasonable steps to remove identifying details, subject to lawful retention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The site uses browser storage to remember your selected currency. Analytics is off by default in the current site configuration. If analytics is enabled, the selected provider may receive page-view or interaction information; we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may be able to ask for access to or correction or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information must be retained to complete a transaction or meet legal obligations.
To make a privacy request, email webcoreoracle@gmail.com. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
This website and its services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
